My experience with this company was absolutely disappointing. A family member of mine, who was in need of help, was left hanging by Inspire. They had promised to assist a mentally ill individual with agoraphobia, urging them to meet, but didn't show up themselves. When my family member needed support the most, they constantly rang them and even resorted to shouting at my mother over the phone. This lack of reliability and empathy is truly disheartening.
