Rating this 0ne star is still a compliment can't even make an ointment for an eat infection the traditional way you have to sing a servay just to talk to a mental health coach and you still don't get and ointment

All the blood ladies and nurses are so so nice. Receptionist USED to be rude as hell , but they've changed them a while ago (over a year) and the lovely old man is literally amazing, and 2 ladies on the phone, so sweet. Much much better to deal with. They take a bit long to answer but they're small so wait is expected, worth the 10-20 min wait! Some places just hang up and abandon you! Only negative is that this is like a off branch of another pharmacy? - so they have a lot of miscommunication with the main team and managerial team and emails take like a billion years to be sent off.. And if you need anything serious they just don't have the facilities, and theirs a 50/50 chance they'll refer you elsewhere unless you press it. (Expected) BUT its still worth applying. They really do try their best and care Overall deffo improving, and happier each time I go their ❤ MUCH better now!!

Shocking, you can't get an appointment unless you ring at 8am then your lucky to get one as so many people phone. I've seen in position 1 on the phone for over 2 hours, it really has gone down hill. Was brilliant surgery back in Dr molhatrra day's

Today Monday 24th of March 2025 time 4.11pm you don't even want to pick up the phone from reception! Lazy ladies 🤣🫶👍 or someone cancelled phone call 🤢 u helpfully for 200%

This is the last GP In this Country for my!! My wife she ring to the GP to make a appoiment for Child and Because she don’t speak english my wife she say I need translator Roumanian but they don’t give to my wyfe translator so this is very bad GP after that with me same problem when I was have problem with my muscle pain!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I don't know why the reception is so rude and everyone has mentioned this issue, please change it. I wanted a doctor's appointment and it was my first time to call, I got a message to make a doctor's appointment. I was talking about wanting a doctor's appointment, he said to come on a certain day, and then he hung up on me. I didn't realize that I was waiting for an hour, he didn't let me ask again. I really don't want to call again

Just been to the centre to book my Mother an appointment. Door locked, pressed buzzer, waited a few seconds till someone came to door. A young Asian girl pointed to a sign saying we are closed this afternoon, no eye contact whatsoever, then walked away. This surgery a few years ago was marvellous a 5 star rating. Not anymore. Take ages to answer phone. When I have been sat in the surgery I have rang them. Call ignored whilst they chatted behind the desk. Very sad the way it has gone.

I've been trying to get a blood test appointment that's been requested by the heamotogist the week before my next specialist appointment in may. Phoned different times since march to be told not got May's diary. Now can't get an appointment until 2 days before specialist therefore no guarantee the results will be back . Avoid like the plague

Possibly the worst doctors surgery I’ve ever used. Nothing but issues every month.
 
Simple requests like blood tests would go ignored and there would be issues with my medication every month. Was recently told I would have to wait over 5 days without any blood pressure medication because of a miscommunication between them and the pharmacy… Any requests to seek advice or speak with a doctor would be blocked by the person on the phone. Any appointment with the doctor is PHONE only and wait time is +1 month. I’ve been a member of this surgery for several years and do not know the name of a Doctor that works here. Please avoid!
