We have been using Harvey Environmental for pest control for the best part of three part of six years now. We are always impressed with the consistency and quality of his work. The senior technician (Charles) always shows up on time, is friendly and respectful, and takes the time to check in about any concerns before starting the service. What I appreciate most is how thorough he is. He insects both the inside and outside of the premises and always makes sure to cover the areas where pests might be hiding. Since Harvey’s have been coming, we have noticed a huge drop in rodents outside of the building, and more importantly, No rodents inside the building!! The peace of mind alone is worth it, but the customer service makes it even better. He lets us know when he would be arriving before each visit and made sure everything is neat and tidy before he leaves, which we really appreciate. If you’re looking for reliable, professional routine pest control, I definitely recommend giving them a try, 10/10 service !
