Fitted my boiler in 2019, no problem. Service every year since and no problem. I have waited in all day today for a scheduled appointment to fit a toilet seat. Not an ordinary toilet seat I could have done that myself. First appointment was 30th March and I was told they would have to order the seat. 25th May booked for seat fitting but nobody arrived. Several phone calls made and messages left but no reply. It's 3 stars because of the boiler and follow up. If my review was based on my recent experience I would have given it one star and that's because I can't give a 0. UPDATE 30th March 2023 After struggling for two weeks to get my radiators to turn on, I finally admitted defeat and I called Arthur Padgetts. A young man called yesterday and he said it was in off mode. However, I had pressed every button I could press, turned ever valve tap etc. that I could turn and nothing worked. He was here less than 10mins, and all he did was look at the boiler and press a button. Today, I was sent an invoice for just over £66. Absolutely extortionate!!!!!😡

We had a new Worcester boiler fitted in Jan 2022. From the initial query to installation Padgett's were very professional indeed and polite . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Moreover, a few months later we had a very slight leak coming from an area where they had replaced some pipework during the original work and they came out and quickly rectified the issue within an hour. I contacted this company to have a look at my boiler, when they arrived i explained the problem and we talked for 5 minutes then he left. A week later i received a letter being charged £60 for a 5 minute chat. I was not informed at any time that i would be charged for an enquiry. I would not advise using this company or at least do your research first.
