I made an order for two walking sticks on Monday which I wanted for Thursday delivery. Jane went out of her way to make sure they arrived on time - they arrived on Wednesday!!! Jane was pleasant and extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to speak with somebody sympathetic and willing to help, so often it's an answer phone or some person in a foreign country. The walking sticks are perfect, well made and strong and most reasonably priced. I am 100 per cent pleased with this company.

I ordered a floor- to- ceiling grab rail from Ability Superstore; the item was delivered next day and appeared to be of good quality. There was, however, a problem with fitting in my chosen location, but staff at Ability were extremely helpful, and have found a solution. I was very much impressed by their friendly and considerate customer service, and would happily recommend them.

Excellent company that still has real human beings at the end of the phone! I called about a Dietz Taima XC rollator and spoke to Zoe who confirmed that they had 2 in stock and it could be delivered the next day. I completed the order "on line" and it arrived at 11 in the morning! So nice to be able to speak to someone for a change. Also, the Taima XC rollator is excellent, brilliant for the outdoors going around country gardens, on and off gravel paths. Happy to recommend this shop.

Outstanding service and price! Looking for a mattress genie to help get my elderly mother in and out of bed. Ability Superstore were one of the few stockists and had the best price. Spoke to their customer service to check if it was in stock, they told me they had one left in stock but they'd go and check to be absolutely sure. Placed the order and within an hour or so got an email from DPD saying it'll be delivered tomorrow! Very impressed will absolutely use again
