Was having headaches all day. Waking up with one, dealing with it all day, turns out I was straining my eyes to fucus. Anyhow, left with a pair of readers with a huge grin due to the lovely attitude and customer service from both manager and receptionist. Very warm atmosphere for people of all ages and backgrounds. Haven't used all the opticians out there. But I for one will be using this small family establishment over and over and over again.

These people are the most professional people I have ever had to deal with,
They are very respectful, and very well mannered.
I have worn glasses for 72 years now, so I know what I am talking about.
My visit was with my wife regarding her cataracts, she was referred to a private hospital (paid for by the NHS).
4 days later a visit to the hospital was arranged.
If that is not good service ...what is?
We are both grateful to them...many thanks....

My kids are registered here for over 10 yrs. Their professional conduct is something they should be super proud of.
My kids always have a fun experience, things are explained very clearly for them to understand.
Many of my family and friend's have been recommend and registered and have had excellent experience too.

The RUDEST opticians I have ever dealt with. Dealing with this opticians has been nothing but a nightmare. From the manager to the receptionist I have never had to deal with such arrogant and egotistical people. My daughter had broken her glasses as they are the metal type and when I have gone back to get them repaired I have had them speak to me in a despicable tone of voice. So very unhelpful. So unfriendly and so so rude. I do not recommend them at all. They seem to believe they are better off without customers. I also noticed on a couple of occasions them being rude to other customers telling them off for arriving 5 mins late. The optom’s working there do a fantastic job and have gone over and beyond to help patients but whoever the owner is needs to send the manager and receptionist on a customer service course where they learn to listen to customers and crack a smile. They are nothing but miserable and a put off for anyone coming into get their eyes tested. A sight for sore eyes!!!
