Delivery was appalling two days late and continually lied to say that it was on the way. First delivery was excellent on time we’ll the same day. If your flexible on times and days their cheap enough but do not rely on them

Wish I could have put a 0 but unfortunately had to give a 1. My daughter had supplies dropped off last week, wrong items delivered, took the wrong items back yet again gave another wrong item 4" internal door casing instead of 6" external. Took the door casing back all staff was rude, swearing behind the counter we don't effing do 4", even though my husband had just phoned and spoken to somebody on the phone who said bring it back we have it here. She was that uncomfortable she said your all rude and walked off to her car, this isn't how customer service should be handled. Disgusting behaviour at its finest, intimidating young girls.

Visited the store on two occasions. Staff were very helpful and polite. Delivery was on time and the driver was very accommodating. Excellent service all around. Thank you.
