After 10 years of low ferritin really affecting my day to day life, I can't begin to explain how much of a relief it was to find a clinic in Lancashire offering private IV iron infusions. I'd also recently discovered my Vitamin D was low so arranged an injection at the same time and was able to arrange an appointment within a short space of time, visiting on 21/1/23. I have been so impressed with my experience of The Vitamin Clinic. Communications prior to the appointment were very clear and knowledgeable. Any concerns or anxieties I had were put at ease by Asif. On the day itself I was made very welcome, as was my Mum who accompanied me. The clinic itself was spotlessly clean and both Asif (Doctor) and Sana (Nurse) were kind, friendly and completely professional. With GP and A&E Nurse I knew I was in good hands. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, the process itself for both IV and Injection was completely painless and now a few weeks on I am already feeling the benefits of the treatment. I have never really received such great person centered medical and nursing care! The cost of both treatments was really affordable and has given me back some peace of mind and energy after years of running on empty due to not absorbing iron tablets and vitamins. I'm no longer pale and breathless, I feel physically fitter and less depressed. I would recommend The Vitamin Clinic to everyone. Hi I am not usually someone who would write reviews but since the services of this clinic helped my mum significantly I wanted others to be aware of this. My mum has been suffering from severe pain with fibromyalgia we tried everything but nothing helped, herbal, medica devices and creams. Until I researched for this clinic since I was aware its quite local to me, the staff were very freindly and accommadating and the doctor fitted me my mum in according to my work schedule after visiting he advised and informed us of the most effective treatment for her and gave us a very reasonable price which i didn't expect. I expected alot more expensive sincce this was our first visit to a private doctor. After the procedure it took a few days and my mum health got better, for once in about 10 years I noticed a big change in her walking ability, while at rest usually she would always complain of pain in all limbs even at rest not only did she feel better physically but I could see that even mentally she was feeling better as the pain was reduced. I am very thankful to the doctor and greatful to have such a reasonable price reliable service on the door step and will sure use again when or if needed. Thank you

Excellent service provided by the Dr and the staff. reasonably priced and always happy to answer any questions or concerns. The Dr works with the individual needs of a person and all treatments are bespoke. customer service is exceptional - Dr is very accommodating.

Outstanding and efficient service they fit me in around work and even on the same day I enquired about the injections. Dr Mahmood is very knowledgeable and professional answered all my questions and concerns. I had a Vitamin B12 and vitamin D injection and feel great, I would highly recommend. Felt very safe given the current situation with all the measures in place.

As a registered nurse I’ll only visit appropriately trained medical professionals to administer any vitamins ! I visited the clinic as I had a blocked ear due to ear wax. An appointment was arranged for the micro suction procedure to be carried out. The GP took a photo of my ear prior to micro suction in order to confirm my ear was blocked. Mr. Mahmood was very efficient and reassured me that this procedure is pain free. I am very pleased with the outcome and will be using this service again, if required in the near future. I would definitely recommend this clinic as the procedure was quick and was done in a comfortable environment .

I visited the clinic with my mum as her ear was blocked. The doctor confirmed this and carried out microsuction which was a quick, painfeee procedure. We were pleased with the excellent service and would highly recommend treatment from this clinic. Will be back soon for other services.
