Citrine Circle provided an excellent service. The quality of quartz is excellent, they were packed up well so no damage could happen and they arrived really quickly.

Wow what a Hidden gem. The shop itself is on the top floor of an old mill. Hard to navigate too but the owner has put plenty of signs along the way to help. The shop is lovely with a wide range of crystal and gems even more on their online store. If your in the area worth a visit the owners are very pleasant and helpful. A very good experience and would absolutely go back if I'm in the area in the future

Received my first order, what a massive disappointment. Shown what was a lovely colourful crystal on the site, what I received was a scruffy chipped dull what looked more like an old pebble, then sent a patronising reply saying they take it in controlled good lighting to bring out the colours, realy? So OK if in the sunshine I work in retail and this is totally misleading, and I can return but no offer to pay postage. Great help NOT for my depression. Best place is in the bin.

Their customer service is fantastic, and the passion and knowledge of the owners Emma and Stu, makes this company truly unique - it feels like more than just a company in fact as they have created a friendly community of crystal lovers from all over thanks to their engagement online. Though I'm fairly new to crystals, I have quickly fallen in love with them, and will be growing my collection with the Citrine Circle's gorgeous products.

What a wonderful find! We called in whilst on a short trip to nearby Fence and were just blown away by this wonderful place. The variety and quality of the crystals is amazing. The showroom itself is spacious and has obviously been designed with love and passion. It is stunning. We had the pleasure of meeting Robert and Stu and they are the most welcoming and approachable people ever. We left with beautiful purchases and happy hearts. Just wonderful

They are extremely knowledgeable about their geology and the science behind how each crystal is formed, and are so passionate about what they do- it is truly infectious! Every crystal and specimen is hand selected and of the utmost quality, yet is never overpriced- they go out of their way to help their customers. They always source ethically and enjoy sharing their knowledge, so customers can then learn more about what they are buying. There are not many places I could say that I blindly 100% trust with their products, esp with so many fakes around these days, but with The Citrine Circle I really can. I know everything they sell is something special and exceptional quality. Emma will literally go through thousands of crystals at a supplier, just to pick a handful of the best pieces, she knows what to look for. I had made an error on my end of the order, and yet they still went out of their way to rectify things on their end, despite it being entirely my fault.
