If you like biscuits this is the place great choice all made in store always spend too much but have good breaks for a few week

I purchased some gluten free Farmhouse Biscuits recently and was disappointed to find that several were broken. I emailed them about this occurrence and after acknowledging my complaint they investigated the packaging etc., and found them to be to specification. However, they very generously sent me two cartons of said biscuits free by way of and apology. First class customer care thus highly recommended.

I worked at Farmhouse biscuits for a few months my experience there was generally good. The work can sometimes be challenging and repetitive. The agency Co ordinator Gulfraz made my time there really enjoyable as he was always there to help whenever I had issues or needed to book time off work he would always be ready to help from the first day I started to my last day his support has always been unmatched. He always has a positive attitude and is always willing to help you out with any tasks. Gully has definitely made the workplace more enjoyable and has contributed to making sure that the agency staff are being treated correctly.

Working at Farmhouse Biscuits was a fantastic experience for me! It could get a bit repetitive at times, but I found it to be quite engaging and fulfilling. The workload was challenging, but I appreciated the chance to take short breaks in between tasks. Management was generally good, I had some issues with other elderly colleagues but overall, I had no major complaints. I have to give a special shoutout to the agency manager and Co ordinator. They were so kind and generous, and their support made a big difference throughout my time there. I can't say enough good things about agency co ordinator Gully. He was like superhero during my time at Farmhouse Biscuits. From day one, he was there, always ready to lend a hand and offer support. His kindness and generosity made a huge impact on my experience. I'm so grateful for their guidance and positive attitude. He is truly made the workplace a better and more enjoyable environment. Hats off to agency Co ordinator!🙏

Was bought your Triple Choc Gluten free cookies. I am sorry to say they are so dissappointing, lacking sweetness and just laded with the very dark barely sweet chocolate, very sorry but wint be buying myself. Im coeliac and not a huge sweet tooth

i visit farmhouse biscuits production area. the company management strictly follow production standard and safety rules all employee are in uniform with properly cover their face, hair and even show. Inside factory there are three units and employes of each unit has different uniform. Each unit has mixing baking and packing etc accessories At entrees an old model car is placed and show its and struggle

I'm giving you 5*for the taste of your biscuits,in particular Cottage Crunch,my favorite. I am however hugely disappointed by the thinning down and smaller biscuit! It's really not the same at all. Obviously costs etc are increasing but we buy expensive biscuits like yours regardless as long as they taste as they should. For what it's worth I would revert back to the original size or risk losing my customer base

18/05/20- I went to the shop and brought a variety of biscuits they were exceptionally excellent but there was one thing that was concerning me, when we arrived there and got out of the car the women who was working in the shop came to the door and said to us that only 1 family member was allowed to come in but after a few moments a white couple came in she didn’t question anything and didn’t even tell them to leave! soon later 2 Asian men came in and 1 of them were sent out of the store. Brown people are NOT welcome in this shop I am disgusted with this sort behaviour how they treat Asian people. 😠 Hi there i got your response. I understand we are having a very stressful time during COVID 19 I was actually super exited to get some biscuits because i have come to Farmhouse Biscuits for the past few years and your biscuits have always been delicious especially the oat flips :)

Do not do any business with this company. The working conditions are awful and you are massively under paid for the amount of work you do. Although the managers are friendly the working conditions are awful. There are passive aggressive signs everywhere for example “do it right first time there may no be a secconed chance" also you only get two 20 minutes break which is definitely not enough when it takes 5 minutes to get to the break room, another 5 minutes to get your overalls off and then you only have 10 minutes to eat your lunch. The worst company I have ever worked for

The most unethical, unprofessional company I have ever come across. They entrust their recruitment process to a company which is managed by a narcissistic individual. They will waste your time with an induction. Take all sorts of details such as name, address, and three days after an initial start date given will say your services aren't required. Total waste of time. I would avoid applying for a job and avoid business with them. I was a regular customer often buying goods from the factory shop. But after this experience will be taking my business elsewhere. I only attended an induction as I thought I was getting a job with a company I had alot of respect for.
